Who are we?

"We go beyond textbooks to focus on real communication, cultural awareness, and expressive fluency."

LitSpeak is an international English communication initiative built to help learners speak with confidence, clarity, and purpose. At LitSpeak, language is not treated as a subject to memorise, but as a skill to live with. Learners from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds come together here to grow, speak freely, and find their voice in English- whether for daily life, academics, or professional growth.

Meet our Founder

Founder & CEO | Lead Trainer, LitSpeak Academy

Provakar is a certified TEFL trainer with a Master’s degree in English Language and ongoing academic engagement in child psychology and language development. His work combines linguistic expertise with psychological insight, allowing learners to overcome fear, hesitation, and self-doubt while speaking English.

Beyond formal education, his teaching journey includes volunteering with refugee learners from Myanmar and Thailand under BREF NGO, where language was not just about fluency but survival, dignity, and opportunity.

These experiences deeply influenced LitSpeak’s philosophy:

Every learner carries a story. Language should help them tell it.

Provakar continues to design learner-centred programs that focus on confidence building, critical thinking, and real-world communication rather than rote learning.

Our Journey

LitSpeak was born in June 2024, from years of hands-on teaching, cross-cultural learning, and community-based education.
The foundation of LitSpeak is not a classroom, it is experience.
The journey involves training learners from countries such as Venezuela, Japan, the UK, and India; volunteering with refugee communities; and recognising that language serves as a bridge when people feel heard and respected.
This exposure shaped LitSpeak into what it is today: a space where language learning is human, inclusive, and empowering.

One of the most defining chapters of LitSpeak’s foundation was teaching Myanmar and Thailand refugee learners as a volunteer educator with BREF NGO.
In these classrooms, English was not taught as an exam subject—it was a tool for connection, expression, and hope.
Working with learners from displaced and marginalised backgrounds reinforced a powerful truth:

Effective language education must be compassionate, adaptable, and respectful of lived realities.

This experience continues to influence LitSpeak’s inclusive teaching model and ethical approach to education.

Our Vision and Mission

Vision

To build a global community of confident English speakers who can express themselves freely across cultures, professions, and social boundaries.
LitSpeak envisions a world where language empowers rather than limits, and every learner feels valued in their learning journey.

Research-Driven Learning at LitSpeak

LitSpeak integrates language research, applied linguistics, and learning psychology into its teaching framework.
Our methodology is informed by:

  • Second Language Acquisition (SLA) research

  • Psycholinguistics and learner behaviour

  • Child and adult learning psychology

  • Continuous classroom observation and adaptation

Rather than rigid formulas, LitSpeak uses evidence-based flexibility—adjusting teaching strategies according to how learners actually learn, hesitate, and progress.
This research-oriented approach ensures learning that is:

  • Scientifically grounded

  • Emotionally supportive

  • Practically effective

Mission

  • To provide practical, communication-focused English education

  • To support learners emotionally and psychologically in overcoming language anxiety

  • To blend academic research with real-world teaching practices

  • To create inclusive learning spaces for diverse and underserved communities

  • To continuously evolve through reflection, research, and learner feedback
